CHUCK SMITH and JOHN LANGAN
When you look for the writers of country music your mind will instantly go to places like Nashville and Texas, but most likely will not think our nation’s capital, Washington DC. However, that is where you will find the award winning, songwriting pair of John Langan and Chuck Smith.
By combining their writing talents and love of country and rock-n-roll, they have created a sound that is perfect for the new generation of country music’s mainstream by putting together carefully crafted songs that both touch on emotions or deliver a well crafted story that plays out like reading a 3 minute book.
Creative and Dreams Music Network Publishing is happy to have their very mainstream, very relatable songs as a part of their publishing division’s catalog.
SMALL ROOM 9
Mississippi based songwriters Glenn Sasser and Rodney Mooney and the group Small Room 9 has achieved massive amounts of praise from media such as the Jackson Free Press who have said about their music, “Powerful guitar riffs and moving lyrics have given SR9 a distinct sound all their own that can only be described as original rock. Nothing too heavy, nothing too pop, just straight up ROCK and ROLL.”
Creative and Dreams Music Network will be releasing their self penned CD for the artist division this year, but their past catalog has already been a welcome addition to the publishing division.
The Washington DC area is widely recognized for their diverse music scene that is all encompassing to a variety of styles. For Gordon Daniels who is the front man and primary songwriter of the songs for his group Lucky Dub, he couldn’t have found a better home base.
Usually described as a reggae band, Daniels songwriting and music is much more than that. The combination of styles ranges from jazz to ska, from funk to Latin and beyond creating a unique sound that is perfect for warm weather and good times and is filled with positive vibes.
Creative and Dreams Music Network Publishing is happy to be working with Gordon Daniels and his eclectic brand of songwriting that he simply describes as “a reflection of the world we want to see, where people from all different walks of life are working together, moving to one beat, and creating a positive sound for all.”
